Adecco, the world leader in Human Resources solutions, is assisting our client, a Fortune 500 manufacturing company in West Mifflin, in staffing an administrative assistant position. This is a two to three month temporary assignment. This position will support the Project Management group.
This position will interact with our clientEUR(TM)s customers and is responsible for writing letters, generating electronic correspondence and telephone communication with the customer base. Other job functions including entering data into clientEUR(TM)s database as well as general clerical tasks.
Qualified candidates will possess at least one year of project based administrative support experience and intermediate skill level with MS Word and Excel. Excellent written communication and telephone skills are essential. A strong sense of urgency combined with high attention to detail and accuracy are required. Lotus Notes and MS Access experience is helpful.
Pay rate range is 15.00/hour:20.00/hour based on experience.
Background and drug screenings are required.
